Yes, you can hear the snow cannon, the snow groomer, the snow plow and cable car in the apartment. Please note, that Apart Herzog is actually in the first row and you are right where the action is.
Where can I park my car from the basement parking lot in the event of severe storms (hail)?
You can only park your car under the roof of the Steinbergbahn for the duration of the storm. Remove your vehicle immediately afterwards, otherwise public areas and public access roads will be blocked. The use of the Steinbergbahn car park is only permitted as a customer of the Leoganger Bergbahnen and only during the operating hours of the cable car!! Please note that trespassing on the part of the mountain railways can be reported.
Due to climate change, more strong storms are now also expected in the mountains.Please always check various weather reports for Leogang in good time and independently.

How does your support work?
We work on an emergency support basis if the information on the website and in the digital room folder is unclear or there are technical defects in the apartment.The house is equipped with automation technology and all functions and processes are constantly monitored. Any error messages from the systems are transmitted in real time and a corresponding response is made.
We are exclusively responsible for questions concerning the apartment or the house! The responsible bodies for the various topics are linked accordingly.
What are any disruptions?
A classic disruption is power failures (approx. 10 minutes) of the main network supplier in the winter holiday periods in the tourist areas. Here the power peaks of households, accommodation and ski areas are reached between 6pm and 7pm.
What does contactless mean?
Contactless means that you can organise your complete holiday from the inquiry to the booking, the payment as well as the arrival and departure contactless. You don’t have to inform us about a late arrival through a traffic jam etc and you are not dependant on our responses. You can find all the information on the websites of the surrounding area, on our website and the digital room folder. Please keep in mind that we only offer an emergency support.

Are there discounts for groups, stays of several weeks or multiple stays?
In principle, we do not work with any individual bonus systems. Please note that our house has only three apartments for a maximum of 12 people and is mainly only open during the holiday periods. Demand is always high here. The current prices, opening hours and availabilities can always be found in “prices and opening hours” and in “booking”. Please note that the prices in the supermarket are not negotiable!
Is there an oven with a panorama window indoors and outdoors in every apartment?

No, there is no roll service. Our apartments work on the principle of self-catering.

No, smoking is only allowed outside (balcony, terrace).
Smoking is also not allowed in the carport area because the wood is stored there.

How does the check-in work?
You will get the code for the key safe on your phone in time. Please check your phone on the battery level, validity etc. With your code you can check in individually 24/7. The code is valid during your whole stay. You and all other family members can put the key into the safe while you leave the house.

You can check-in from 3:00pm onwards individually on the day of your arrival (open end).

Directly in front of the house there is one roofed and assigned 12m2 carport parking space with a fixed charging possibility per CEE 3x16A power socket (please bring along and adapter and a cable yourself) for the apartments Penthouse and Parterre. For the apartment Souterrain there is an assigned 12m2 parking space directly in front of the house. Further parking slots are at the Steinbergbahn car park.

The parking lots must also be maintained (snow clearing) and are required by the cleaning company.

You can stay in the apartment until 08.30 am on the day of departure. In principle, we do not require a deposit. We reserve the right to charge for serious defects or contamination.
