All apartments are allergy sufferer friendly. Bed linen get washed with 60 degrees and towels get washed with 90 degrees. Without disinfectant. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Cash machines are located at the areana building at the Asitzbahn valley station and at the Raiffeisenbank Pinzgau Mitte (Leogang valley) and are opened 24hours.

In case of fire please use the extinguisher and call the fire brigade: 122

A bail is not necessary. You have to leave the room broom-clean. Heavy damages get to invoice.

The emergency numbers of the pharmacies and the doctors as well as the opening times of the pharmacy in Leogang can be found in the apartment.

The landlord is entitled to terminate accommodation contracts (even after moving into the apartment) with immediate effect and make the guest leave the house if the guest endangers the security or the reputation of the apartment house or annoys other guests, residents, passer-by’s or neighbours repeatedly. Repeated violation of the house rules stated in the apartment or the damage or theft of property entitle the landlord to terminate the contract immediately.

We put your key chip into the key safe for your self-check-in. We send you the code per text message to the phone number you filled in in the booking form. We recommend to leave the key chip in the key safe when you leave the house. The loss of the chip costs 50 euros.

Be careful: in the ski school Altenberger you have to show your key.

Lost property will be kept for one year.

In the time from 10pm to 8.am is night’s rest. Please use a household noise level.

Directly in front of the house parking spaces are provided. Further public parking spaces are provided at the Steinbergbahn car park.

Pets are not allowed due to the allergy-friendly rooms.

You can buy postcards and stamps at the post office in the pharmacy in Leogang.

Every apartment has a private outdoor sauna on the balcony or on the terrace.

The stove is easy to handle at any time you want to.

You can unload the suitcases before check-in.

The weekly cleaning is included in the price and doesn’t get charged extra.

We care about our environment and due to this we use the dry steam system “Thermostar” without chemical detergent.
Our rooms are suitable for allergy sufferers. Please think about the changing of towels and bed linen.

The Wi-Fi is free and you don’t need a password.
