Participation in Facebook competitions
All Facebook competitions are organized by Apart Herzog (Bernhard Herzog) based in 5771 Leogang, Rain 40 in Salzburg (Austria) (hereinafter referred to as: Apart Herzog). By participating, you declare that you agree to our conditions of participation.
What can you win?
By participating, you have the opportunity to win a voucher in the specified period according to the Facebook post.
How can you win?
In order to take part in the competition you have to be or become a “Fan” of our “Apart Herzog” page on Facebook (press like me). The entry of the competition must also be marked with “Like” and at least one person must be marked as a comment (@PersonenName).
Who can take part?
Any natural person over the age of 18 is allowed to participate and is free of charge. Automatic competition services or competition clubs are excluded from participation.
Who is not allowed to participate?
Apart Herzog reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation if there are legitimate reasons. These are, for example, the violation of these conditions of participation, manipulation and/or illegal contributions that contain insults, false facts, trademark, competition or copyright violations. Apart Herzog reserves the right to take legal action if necessary. Users must be responsible for any legal violations. Apart Herzog employees and their relatives are excluded from participating in Facebook competitions. The judges’ decision is final.
When does the competition take place?
The Facebook competition starts with the publication of the Facebook contribution and is limited in time.
When and how does the draw work?
The end of the competition will be announced on Facebook. After the end of the campaign, the winner will be determined with help of the Fanpagekarma Glücksfee, for this purpose the comments, likes etc. are transmitted to the Fanpagekarma Glücksfee.
How does the profit notification work?
The winner will only be announced on our Facebook page.
How do you get the profit?
The winner will be asked to contact Apart Herzog and provide their contact address. After contacting us a voucher will be sent. The voucher can be sent via email or post, the choice is left to Apart Herzog. The voucher is only valid for the specified period and cannot be redeemed or extended for cash.
Can my entitlement to a prize expire?
The deadline for registering with us as a winner is 4 weeks. After that, Apart Herzog is free to determine a new winner.
Privacy
All data collected in the context of the competition will only be used to carry out the competition.
Facebook has no connection whatsoever to this competition. Facebook is therefore not available as a contact person regarding this competition. All questions/information in this regard should be directed to us.
Miscellaneous
Apart Herzog reserves the right to adapt, modify or end the competition at any time. Circumstances that can lead to this are, for example, disruptions to the competition due to force majeure, legal reasons, technical reasons (e.g. software or hardware errors) or manipulation of the competition by third parties. Apart Herzog is not liable for consequences that arise from participating in the competition and that are outside of its area of responsibility. A cash payment of the material prize is not possible. Your arrival and departure is not included in the price. The local tax has to be paid on site by the winner. Claims to prizes cannot be transferred to other persons. Redress through the courts is excluded.
