In the huge halls of the ice world you can discover the most powerful ice figures on earth.
Your efforts get rewarded with the visit of the unique cave system. With historic carbide lamps you can explore the ice palace, the castle of the ice colossus, the haze of the ice queen and some more. Already from far away you can see the amazing cave portal with a bridge of 20 meters in length and a height of 18 meters. The whole cave system is 42 kilometres long – but only 1 kilometre is covered with ice. Just this part is accessible for the public and for guides. During the summer the average temperature in the cave is about 0 degrees. Warm clothes and good shoes are recommended!
