The house was completely rebuilt in 2019 and of very high quality according to the applicable standards of the “OIB Guidelines 2019”. The OIB guidelines serve to harmonize the structural engineering regulations in Austria on the following topics: mechanical stability and safety, fire protection, hygiene, health, environmental protection, safety in use and accessibility, noise protection, energy saving and thermal insulation. • a high-quality completely equipped designer fitted kitchen with a combined cooling and freezing fridge, induction hob, oven and stylish crockery as well as culinary implements installed by local craftsmen.

The temperature can be regulated individually between 0 and 100 degrees. It is perfect for children as well as adults.
