Minimum stay
Spring 2024:

Child discount
The first two people in the apartment count as paying the full price. Children count as persons in the apartment. Children up to and including 2 years are free. High chair, baby bath and baby cot are prepared on request and are also free of charge.
Pets
Our apartments are allergy friendly. For this reason pets are not allowed.
Final cleaning
The final cleaning is included in the price and will not be charged extra. The room must be left swept clean upon departure. Heavy impurity cleaning and heavy damage claims will be charged.

Payment method:
The payment method is always at the end or beginning of the month (until the 10th of the month the latest). Payment confirmations, refunds etc. are done via this account. In case of a cancellation without any travel insurance we will refund the according amount directly.
Down-payment conditions for booking that are made less than one week (7 days) before arrival:
100% down-payment – immediately or a maximum of one day later

Down-payment conditions for bookings which are made less than 3 months (90 days) before arrival:
100% down-payment – 7 days after the booking date
Down-payment conditions for bookings which are made more than 3 months (90 days) before arrival:
30% Down-payment – 7 days after the booking date
70% rest payment – 90 days before arrival
Travel Insurance & Cancellation
Safe on vacation with the European travel insurance!
With the European travel insurance, you have the option of insuring the entire travel price. You are insured against no-show or cancellation of the trip. You can find more information here.
If you have decided not to take out European travel insurance, the following cancellation guidelines apply to direct bookers at Apart Herzog:
In spring 2024/2025:
up to 10 days before the day of arrival can be canceled free of charge!
from 10 days before the day of arrival 100% of the total apartment price
In summer 2024/2025:
up to 10 days before the day of arrival can be canceled free of charge!
from 10 days before the day of arrival 100% of the total apartment price
In autumn 2024/2025:
up to 10 days before the day of arrival can be canceled free of charge!
from 10 days before the day of arrival 100% of the total apartment price
In winter 2024/25; 2025/26:
can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before the day of arrival!
from 30 days before the day of arrival 50% of the total apartment price
from 14 days before the day of arrival 100% of the total apartment price
Cancellations are only valid in writing and with proof (medical certificate, party slip, ...)!In the event of cancellation, the corresponding amount will be transferred back to your account.
Safety & Hygiene
Year-round safety and hygiene measures at Apart Herzog:
- Contactless payment transactions via bank transfer
- 24h self check-in. Key chip is deposited in the key safe
- Disinfection stands in the ski and bike room
- Discretion & privacy through the private use of the apartments
- Uncomplicated communication with the landlord during the stay by phone + SMS
Taxes & Duties
The prices include VAT and exclude local tax.
The local tax is to be paid per person and night (from the age of 15 at the time of your stay).
